Ingredient Per Serving (1 softgel): EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid)105mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)220mg, Vitamin E 1mg.
Suggestion: Take with food or as directed by healthcare professionals. Adult: Take two to three softgels daily.
Children 3-12 years old: Take one to two softgels daily.
Children 6 months to 3 years old: Take one softgel daily. Cut the softgel open. Mix the oil inside with food and consume for younger children if necessary.
